Amber Alert canceled for 2-year-old, 3-year-old boys last seen in NC

SALISBURY, N.C. (WNCN) — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued an Amber Alert for two young children on Friday night.

At 10:31 p.m., an Amber Alert was issued out of Salisbury for 2-year-old Igh’Jhlan Silver and 3-year-old Prasjhas Reid.

At 11:30 p.m., the alert was canceled.

Silver was described as 2’6″ tall and 28 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Reid was described as 2’6″ tall and 26 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

They were considered missing and endangered.

The children were believed to be with 25-year-old Kevin Antonio Smith, according to the alert.

Smith was described as 5’6″ and 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

The alert said the children were last seen at North Caldwell Street near West Innes Street in Salisbury heading in an unknown direction of travel.

It said Smith’s vehicle is a Gray 2023 Nissan Altima with NC license tag number KHB-1698.
