Albuquerque South Valley gets affordable senior housing
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Ceja Vista Apartments celebrated their grand opening on Wednesday. The complex offer 156 affordable housing units for seniors.
The project was funded in part by project revenue bonds and helped by a Bernalillo County property tax exemption, the county says. The new apartments are at 10001 Ceja Vista Rd. Southwest. That’s near Atrisco Vista High School.
New Mexico gets $156 million for solar projects
The new apartments add to the area’s options for affordable housing. Nearby, the Valle De Atrisco family apartments also offer low-cost housing. The county says both apartment complexes are already fully leased.
