AEW's Miro and CJ Perry have separated after seven years of marriage.

Speaking to TMZ Sports, Perry confirmed the split, saying: "Miro and I have made the difficult decision to separate after many wonderful years together, and have decided to move on as friends and hopefully on-screen characters somewhere down the road."

The couple first met while working in WWE's developmental brand NXT, where Miro was known as Rusev and Perry as Lana.

Onscreen their relationship continued when they moved to WWE's main roster, including a memorable match between Miro and John Cena at WrestleMania 31 where they made their entrance on top of a tank.
