ADOC: Two people arrested for promoting prison contraband

LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – According to the Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC), two people were arrested near the Limestone Correctional Facility.

On Monday, two trespassers were found in the area of the correctional facility, a news release said.

One arrested, charged with murder after Sunday shooting in Scottsboro

ADOC’s Law Enforcement Services Division (LESD) located them nearby. They also located six packages near the facility.

Zavian Belle and Rodrick Hall were arrested and transported to the Limestone County Detention Center. Both were charged with promoting prison contraband.

LESD is continuing to investigate. More charges may be pending.
