Abilene man accused of sexually abusing child arrested

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – An Abilene man accused of sexually assaulting a child has been arrested.

Lucas Garcia was taken into custody on a warrant for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child Tuesday in connection to the allegations.

Court documents state Garcia is accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 14 in August 2016.

Garcia was released from jail after posting a $50,000 bond.

No further information has been released.
