WYTHE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – VDOT the backup on I-81S in Wythe County due to a crash has been cleared.

VSP identifies woman killed in crash on US-460 in Appomattox County

All lanes of traffic are now moving normally.

WYTHE COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – The Virginia Department of Transportation says there is currently a vehicle accident on Interstate 81 South near mile marker 61.4 in Wythe County.

There is currently a 2 mile back up and the southbound lane and right lane shoulder are closed.

Drivers can expect delays until further notice. WFXR News will update you with more information as it becomes available.

Entertainment giant Live Nation has confirmed its ticketing subsidiary Ticketmaster has been hacked. Live Nation confirmed the data breach in a filing with government regulators late on Friday after the markets closed. In its statement, Live Nation said the breach occurred on May 20, and that a cybercriminal "offered what it alleged to be Company user data for sale via the dark web."

Feds tell Zoox to send more info about autonomous vehicles suddenly braking
U.S. federal regulators have requested more information from Zoox, Amazon’s self-driving unit, as part of an investigation into rear-end crash risks posed by unexpected braking. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) opened a preliminary investigation into Zoox on May 10 after it received two reports of Zoox vehicles unexpectedly braking, leading to rear-end collisions with motorcyclists that resulted in minor injuries.
