7 out-of-state suspects arrested for Lake Barcroft burglary, police say

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Seven suspects who may be linked to burglaries across the country were arrested in Chesterfield, Va. on Tuesday.

Officers with the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) responded to the 6000 block of Columbia Pike in Lake Barcroft at around 9 p.m. on April 21. Security cameras captured multiple people entering a home there and stealing jewelry, handbags and a safe.

Detectives later found that the suspects fled to Chesterfield after the burglary.

FCPD and police in Chesterfield arrested seven suspects linked incident in Lake Barcroft on April 23.

Police say they believe the seven have committed crimes in states across the country.

FCPD named the following suspects – they were all charged with Burglary and Grand Larceny:

  • Eime Dalef Cardenaz, 20, of Flushing, NY;

  • Ferney Alejandro Vargas Angarita, 33;

  • Giorgina Carolina Sanchez Carrasquero, 26;

  • Juan Pablo Parra Quintero, 18;

  • Heiser Land Pineda Cespedes, 34;

  • Karen Dayan Guanume Diaz, 24, of Chicago, IL;

  • Jose Andres Hernandez Sora, 20.
