7 injured, 3 critically in Brentwood crash

(KRON) — Seven people were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Brentwood on Friday evening, the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District said.

The crash happened at about 7:40 p.m. on the 23000 block of Marsh Creek Road. Three victims have critical injuries, two have moderate injuries and two have minor injuries, fire officials said.

Five ambulances and two helicopters responded to the scene. At least one victim was airlifted.

There is currently no word as to what caused the crash.
