4 injured, 2 flown to Nashville after crash in Trigg County

TRIGG COUNTY, Ky. (WKRN) – Two people were reportedly flown to a Nashville hospital after being severely injured in a Trigg County crash on Saturday afternoon.

According to News 2’s partner WKDZ Radio, the two-vehicle crash happened on Saturday, May 11 on U.S. Route 68.

1 dead, 4 injured after head-on crash in Robertson County

Deputies with the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office reportedly told WKDZ Radio that a van was traveling eastbound on the highway when it struck a truck that pulled into its path near Tobacco Road.

The radio station reported the driver and passenger of the van were taken to Jennie Stuart Health for what are believed to be “non-life-threatening injuries.”

Meanwhile, the truck’s driver and passenger were flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville to be treated for severe injuries, said WKDZ Radio.
