UPDATE: 3.4 magnitude earthquake recorded near Edmond

USGS updated their report on Thursday night to show the earthquake near Edmond has now been registered as a 3.4 magnitude earthquake.

EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) — The U.S. Geological Survey reported an earthquake in central Oklahoma on Thursday evening.

According to USGS, a 3.5 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Edmond just before 6 p.m.

The epicenter was located about four miles east-northeast of Edmond.

No damage has been reported at this time.
