3.1 magnitude quake rattles in Washington Tuesday afternoon
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Did you feel it? Preliminary reports of a magnitude 3.1 earthquake occurred just southeast of Centralia, Washington on Tuesday afternoon.

The quake occurred Tuesday afternoon at 2:20 p.m. The Pacific Northwest Seismic Network (PNSN) recorded the quake and tweeted out the preliminary report.
