2024 St. Jude Dream Home starting to take shape

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The 2024 St. Jude Dream Home is starting to take shape!

The home is located in Freestone Development by Nies Homes in east Wichita.

A controller with Nies Homes tells KSN they are finishing up with the drywall and getting ready to paint.

“Currently, I have five trim carpenters coming together who, on a normal day, are competitors coming together to trim out this house for the kids of St. Jude. It’s little things like that make this project a success not only for St. Jude but for the community of Wichita,” said Nies Homes Controller Kayce Martin.

Features of Sequoia Floorplan include floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor kitchen.

Tickets for the St. Jude 2024 Dream Home are available starting Aug. 14.
