2024 Presidential Race: President Biden is coming back to North Carolina on Thursday

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WNCT) — President Joe Biden will make a stop in Wilmington on Thursday, CBS affiliate WWAY.com reports.

Biden’s visit will be presidential, WWAY reports via details from the New Hanover County Democratic Party. No further information about the reason for the visit has been released. WWAY reports it is expected to center around lead pipe and water quality issues.

Donald Trump scheduled a visit to Wilmington on April 20. It was canceled about 25 minutes from the start due to severe weather in the area. A new date for that campaign stop hasn’t been announced.
