2 shot during dispute near basketball courts at Schiller Park
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two men were shot at Schiller Park on Wednesday night in what appears to be a targeted incident, according to Buffalo police.
Police responded to the basketball courts at Schiller Park, near Sprenger Avenue and Doat Street, around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday. The two men were shot during some type of dispute, according to police.
A News 4 photographer on the scene captured a car on the basketball court as well.
The two victims, aged 19 and 22, were both transported to ECMC for their injuries. Police said Thursday that the 19-year-old is listed in critical condition, while the 22-year-old is in stable condition.
