2 puppies found dead in crate recovered from Pinellas Park creek; suspect sought

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Police are searching for the suspect accused of drowning a pair of puppies after their crate was found in a Pinellas Park creek last week.

On May 16, two 3-month-old puppies were found dead inside a small crate in the creek on 84th Avenue and 64th Street North, the Pinellas Park Police Department announced Thursday.

According to police, one pup was brown while the other was black and white.
