2 injured after being hit by a car on Route 240 in Concord

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Two people were injured after they were hit by a car on Route 240 in Concord on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.

Police responded around 3:45 p.m. to Route 240 in the area of Genesee Road and Allen Road, where police said the two victims previously hit each other before getting out of their cars, where they were hit by a third vehicle.

Both were taken to ECMC with non-life threatening injuries. Police said the other driver remained on scene and is cooperating.

Route 240 between Genesee and Allen remained closed until around 6:30 p.m. before it was opened back up.
