2 hospitalized following helicopter crash in Florida
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Two people are hospitalized following a helicopter crash in the Florida Keys on Sunday, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
The small ultralight aircraft crashed when it took off from a private airport Sunday afternoon.

According to NBC affiliate WTVJ, the aircraft is a two-seater Autogyro helicopter.
Officials said the two people on board were taken in stable condition for treatment of their minor injuries.
The Florida Highway Patrol will be taking over the investigation.
