2 drivers injured in Wabasha County crash Friday
May 6—GILLFORD TOWNSHIP, Minn. — Two people were injured in a crash Friday, May 3, 2024, in Wabasha County.
A 2001 Chrysler Town & Country van was eastbound on Wabasha County Road 16 when it collided with a 1994 Chevrolet Silverado pickup driving northbound on Highway 63 around 3 p.m., according to a Minnesota State Patrol crash report.
The driver of the Chrysler van, Lawrence Anthony Reuter, 80, of Winona, was transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Chevrolet Silverado, Michael Leon Hall, 56, of St. Charles, Iowa, was transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys with non-life threatening injuries.
The Wabasha County Sheriff's Office, Lake City Fire Department and Lake City Ambulance also responded to the scene.
