MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Two men are accused of fleeing from police after one of them pointed a gun at patrons outside of Ole Shillelagh Sports & Raw Bar following an altercation and another urinated publicly in the roadway, according to an incident report obtained by News13.

Montez Lamon Graham and Austin Craig Cumbie were arrested after the incident in the early morning hours of April 22.

Graham was charged with public intoxication, public defecation or urination, and sale or delivery of a pistol to, and possession by certain persons unlawful. He was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center and later released on bond, online records show.

Cumbie was charged with pointing and presenting firearms at a person and public intoxication. He was also released on bond, according to online records.

Officers were dispatched to the bar on Ole Shillelagh Sports & Raw Bar in reference to a man pointing a firearm at other patrons outside of the bar, the report states. When they arrived, they were notified by other officers that two men had fled in a pickup truck.

The officers responding were still able to locate the truck on Yaupon Drive headed toward 6th Avenue South, according to the report. The responding officer attempted to stop the vehicle and the two males fled.

The officer gave both men verbal commands, and they returned to the back of the vehicle. Both were detained and Graham urinated publicly in the middle of the road before being arrested, the report states.

A witness identified Cumbie as the man pointing a firearm at patrons outside the bar, and a search before the arrest of Graham resulted in the recovery of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, the report states.
