ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) – We go back to the vault on the ice for the latest 18 Sports Flashback.

On this special segment, we go back to 1991 with the 18 Sports team and hockey at The Domes, the home of Elmira College. 33 years ago, legendary WETM-TV Sports Director Terry Day and Dave Yates participated in a Twin Tiers Dare segment literally daring the 18 Sports personalities to try hockey out for a day.

In this classic footage, see the team suit up and take the ice. It’s a moment and story that will stand the test of time. Check out this instant classic from 1991.
