Local Weather Reporter Interrupted by Windows 10 Update During Broadcast
KCCI Des Moines Meteorologist Metinka Slater got a little surprise when the computer recommended updating to Windows 10. “Microsoft recommends upgrading to Windows 10, what should I do?” Slater joked, “Don’t you love when that pops up?” Don’t wait too long to update Slater. While this isn’t the worst of local weather report mishaps, Slater did take the whole thing in stride, which is all we can ask for out of our local meteorologist.
