Disney's The Mighty Ducks holds a place in the heart of every child from the 1990s, and we're surprised that the House of Mouse hasn't tried to cash in on that nostalgia with a reboot or comeback already.

We know that we would be well up for that, since we don't mind admitting that we just got the warm and fuzzies from these reunion photos posted on Instagram.

These pictures, posted by the Anaheim Ducks team, feature cast members from the trilogy of classic kids films: Vincent LaRusso (Adam Banks), Kenan Thompson (Russ Tyler), Danny Tamberelli (Tommy Duncan), Garette Ratliff Henson (Guy Germaine), and Colombe Jacobsen-Derstine (Julie Gaffney).

They've even got their character surnames and numbers on their jerseys, which is a very nice touch.

"The quack attack is back, Jack!," reads the caption accompanying the pictures. "Glad to have a few Mighty Ducks join us for the game-and a few other fun projects-today on Long Island."

The Anaheim Ducks were actually founded by The Walt Disney Company after the release of the original film in 1992, and they were actually called The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim until they sold the franchise name in 2005.

A fourth film had been rumored for years but never materialized. Last year, a television spin-off was reported to be in the early stages of development, possibly for the Disney+ streaming service.
