Zosia Mamet’s Hair Looked Amazing at Her Wedding

We’ve seen our fair share of weddings on the show Girls, but it’s Girls actress, Zosia Mamet’s wedding look in real life that has us reeling. The actress tied the knot over the weekend and from the sparse details we were able to see, looked absolutely stunning. While the whole production was extremely private (very few details are currently available to the public), we do know that the actress’s hair for her big day was an unusual, yet gorgeous choice.

While a veil is typically the traditional choice for brides, Zosia chose to wear her hair half-up with deep red and light pink flowers in her hair. The look, created by hairstylist Tommy Buckett of Serge Normant Salon, was posted to his Instagram with the caption, “Sometimes you just don’t need a veil. Congrats @zosiamamet to being the girl that has never been traditional.” See it for yourself, below:

Unsurprisingly, fans of the star thought this look was perfect for Zosia, writing on the image with comments like, “Can I just wear this on a regular day? Beautifulllll,” and “Love this, so beautiful!!.”

To get the look for yourself, hairstylist Vanessa Ungaro from Lauren + Vanessa says, “I prefer to take a bobby pin and first secure the flower into the hair with that. Then, once the bobby pin is in placed, put in another pin in a criss-cross design to secure the flowers into the hair.” Ungaro says it’s possible to do this with anything from baby’s breath to roses, making the variety of outcomes endless.
