Zoe Saldana, 44, showed off her killer arms in a black dress on The Tonight Show, Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Earlier that day, she showed off her toned legs while promoting Avatar on Good Morning America.
To stay fit, the actress does cardio circuits that consist of squats and medicine ball lifts.
Zoe Saldana made quite the entrance during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week. The Guardians Of The Galaxy actress, 44, stepped out in a plunging Micheal Kors dress that showed off her totally sculpted arms.
Zoe has been doing a lot of press for her upcoming film Avatar: The Way of Water, which arrives in theaters December 16. ICYDK, this is a pretty big deal considering it's been 13 years since the first Avatar was released.
Just before The Tonight Show, Zoe's stylist gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at her outfit on Instagram, and they were full-on obsessed. "Stunning 😍," one fan wrote. "Soooooo good!!!!" another chimed.
Earlier in the day, Zoe stepped out in a high-slit skirt for Good Morning America, and her legs are seriously epic.
Curious to know what Zoe does to stay fit? For starters, she's definitely got a very hectic work schedule, which means she usually has to squeeze in workouts whenever she can. "Between travel, meetings, and shoots, schedules are rough for me," she told Shape in 2017. "I try to work out three times a week, but I don't believe in getting on one machine for 30 minutes."
Zoe's go-to circuit consists of 20-minute intervals of running in place for 30 seconds, squats, and medicine ball lifts, per Shape. And when she's not doing circuits, she's setting time aside for deep stretching. In February, she took to Instagram to show off her splits.
But Zoe is mindful about not overworking herself, especially during filming. "When I'm shooting, I really don't like to be strict with my workout, since I'm already putting in 16-hour days," she added.
While Zoe hasn't said much about her diet in recent years, she previously told Bon Appetit that her family eats 80 percent of their food following a gluten-free diet. Because of this, she's a big fan of gluten-free pizza with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and mushrooms. Otherwise, she opts for fresh meats like organic turkey breasts and grilled fish.
Keep it up, Zoe!
