She’s wearing a pretty pink bra and underwear set--and oh yeah, her abs look ah-mazing.

Zoe added her motivation for the undies photo in the caption: "I wear pink in honor of all women I know and love who have battled breast cancer. It’s breast cancer awareness month and I’m joining my friends @kitundergarments company for #kitstokickcancer! They have partnered with @wcrfcure and will be donating 5% of sales for the entire month of October. In addition, they will donate $1 to @wcrfcure for everyone who posts a photo in their undergarments. Be sure to tag them and use #kitstokickcancer"

(You can also donate directly to the Women’s Cancer Research Fund here.) Zoe's in good company promoting the cause. Kate Hudson recently snapped her own pink bra and undies pic to raise awareness and funds.

Zoe got all a whole bunch of 🔥 emojis and love from fans and friends in response to her undies pic. Her strong muscles are front and center, but Zoe's fitness routine remains a bit of a mystery.

The Guardians of the Galaxy star doesn’t share a ton of fitness content on Instagram, but she’s revealed a bit about her sweat sessions over the years. In fact, she has a pretty relatable approach to health and exercise.

"Between travel, meetings, and shoots, schedules are rough for me," she previously told Shape magazine. "I try to work out three times a week, but I don't believe in getting on one machine for 30 minutes. If I do a lot of cardio, it usually just means I'll be dragging my feet for the rest of the day. And when I'm shooting, I really don't like to be strict with my workout, since I'm already putting in 16-hour days."

Instead, Zoe opts for 20-minute interval workouts, either at home or in her gym. During those seshes, she’ll do things like run in place for 30 seconds, followed by squats, and then do the whole thing again while carrying a heavy medicine ball to get her heart rate up.

Zoe's eating habits are pretty healthy most of the time, she told Bon Appetit. She says she gets "pretty creative with eggs" and also likes to start her day with mashed avocados and sliced tomatoes on toast. (Yum!)

Also, she’s anti-diet, something she wrote about on Facebook back in 2015. "I am going to remove the word 'diet' from my life. I am going to remind myself that it is not about losing weight, it is about being healthy, feeling healthy, for the rest of my life," she wrote. "I am gonna try to focus on what weekends are really for--resting and making time for your loved ones... And when chow time arrives? I will make amazing and healthy decisions."

I'd say that mindset is working.
