Mercury retrograde is back through July 31, and this one’s going to be the most intense of them all as the retrograde enters Leo, the resident fire sign. As most retrogrades go, this period could bring some unexpected, uncomfortable situations, but there is one aspect of our lives we can control: what we eat. And Grubhub is here to break down what each sign should order during this Mercury retrograde.

According to astrologer Lisa Stardust, this particular retrograde could mean being confronted with uncomfortable truths, followed by a lot of self-reflection. “People will be reevaluating facts they’ve heard and will really have to decipher if they’re sure of the truthfulness or not,” Stardust told Newsweek recently. “People will really begin to see the truth and question their actions from the past as well as the actions and motives of others.”

But questioning what you eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner during this retrograde? Not if you follow Grubhub’s recommendations.

For example, those under the Aquarius sign should opt for healthy foods, like a salad, and liquids, like a green smoothie, as a way to embrace their water sign. Here’s how the rest break down.

Pisces: Because your intuition and feelings may be off during this retrograde, stick to your usual orders and/or comfort foods as a way to maintain balance in your life.

Aries: Because Aries is known for short-lived outbursts, they should eat spicy Southern or Mexican food. Embrace it!

Taurus: Due to Taurus’ practical natural, Grubhub suggests enjoying “aesthetically pleasing, Instagrammable meals, like a poke bowl with purple taro bubble tea. It’ll help keep the harmony during this turbulent time.”

Gemini: “Gemini represents two different personalities in one and you will never be sure which one you will face,” Grubhub says, adding that during this retrograde, Geminis shouldn’t be afraid to try something that mixes two different flavor personalities. Think chicken and waffles or pineapple pizza.

Cancer: As the most emotional sign, Cancers should increase their probiotic and whole grains intake to help boost their mood and “conquer the emotional roller coaster,” as Grubhub puts it.

Leo: Leos, now is the time to destress; and in order to help you do so, pick up dark chocolate, greens and salmon during your next grocery store run.

Virgo: Virgos are over-thinkers, so order brain foods, like kale salad loaded with avocado, to say mentally sharp.

Libra: Don’t let the retrograde isolate you from your friends and family. Instead, invite a couple people over and order for three.

Scorpio: “Scorpios should eat healing foods — think lots of fruits and veggies — to help keep their cool,” Grubhub advises.

Sagittarius: Sagittariuses will make bold moves during the retrograde, according to Grubhub. That said, eat foods high in vitamin B (dairy, eggs and spinach) and foods rich with vitamin D (salmon, sardines and yogurt) to boost your self-confidence and energy levels.

Capricorn: Try to take it easy this Mercury retrograde, Capricorns, and try not to internalize too much. Stick with healthy foods.

In addition to the zodiac sign breakdown, Grubhub also took a look at order trends during the last retrograde, which took place in March, and compared them to the same timeframe the year prior to determine the items that rose most in popularity.

According to Grubhub’s findings, the most popular item ordered during the last retrograde was Southern food, followed by Mexican food. And the top foods ordered regionally include a bagel and egg sandwich in the Northeast, honey butter biscuits in the South, the Impossible Burger in the West and spicy chicken sandwiches in the Midwest.

Good luck during this Mercury retrograde, everyone, and see you on the other side.
