Zoë Kravitz's Sheer Nipple-Baring Gown Was Also Backless

Zoë Kravitz might not be up for any awards at this year's Oscars, but that doesn't mean she's slacking in the style department ahead of Hollywood's biggest night. On Friday, the actress put her best fashion foot forward while making an appearance at Saint Laurent's pre-Oscar party in Los Angeles in a look that some might correctly consider to be a style triple threat.
Wearing a dress that encompassed three sexy trends in one, Kravitz went braless underneath a sheer black gown that exposed her nipples and featured a halter-neckline that allowed for a completely backless design. The gown also created the illusion of a thigh-high slit with a small section of fabric that was sheerer than the rest of her skirt on one side. She accessorized minimally, adding just a pair of diamond drop earrings and black pointed-toe pumps to her red carpet look.

As for glam, Kravitz slicked her dark hair back into a bun and kept her makeup simple by pairing a smoky eye with a nude lip.

Just a day earlier, the Batman star attended the VIP Book Launch for Rizzoli's new Barbie tome, where she wore yet another all-black outfit — but this time, bringing the back the dress-over-T-shirt trend. For the occasion, she wore a baggy black T-shirt underneath a matching see-through slip dress with floral lace embroidery and sequined ruffles. When it came time to accessorize, Kravitz added chunky black pendant necklace and beaded chandelier earrings.
