You can always count on Zillow to add a little realty-inspired fun to the holidays. Weeks after the real estate marketplace shared a spooky virtual tour for Halloween, they're bringing even more fun this holiday season. As jolly old Saint Nicholas prepares to bring cheer to children across the globe, Zillow has shared an updated version of the fictional Zillow page for Santa's North Pole home.

While Santa isn't likely to sell anytime soon, the Zestimate for his North Pole home, which is actually comprised of multiple tiny homes, is $1,031,401! Even more impressive is the fact that the Zestimate for the home in December 2012 was just $341K.

"A winter lover’s paradise nestled on 25 idyllic acres. The property includes Santa’s main living quarters, a community of tiny elf homes, a state-of-the-art toy-making facility, garage with space for an all-weather sleigh and stables that board eight live-in reindeer, plus a bonus stall for red-nosed company," a description on the Zillow page reads.

The home is already brimming with festive features including a state-of-the-art toy-making facility and reindeer stables, but the updated Zillow page mentions a handful of exciting, new additions. Among the new additions are a stationary bike and a newly-adopted pup.
