Zero Made A Limited Re-Issue of Jamie Thomas’ 1999 ‘Red Skeleton’ Deck (Only 50 Available)

Zero fans rejoice! This Jamie Thomas 1999 Red Skeleton re-issue is oozing with nostalgia and is up on the Zero site for a limited time. They only made 50...so act fast.

Being the iconic brand they are, we often forget (well, maybe not fully forget…but like to be reminded) how many timeless graphics Zero has actually put out over the years.

The 'Red Skeleton' is definitely one of them and I can personally remember being lucky enough to not only ride one of these boards when I first started skating, but had the matching shirt to go along with it. I don't think I ever felt cooler.

Like many skaters my age, I was a full on Zero kid. Seeing this board shot me straight back to a time in my life when everything in the skate world was new and, well, pretty much mind-blowing. And to a time when I skated black trucks...damn.

To me, this is such a Zero graphic. It’s simple, but it also hits you in a way that’s hard to describe. Maybe it’s just the nostalgia talking, maybe it’s the classic black and red, maybe it's reliving The Chief's iconic video parts from that era—I can’t put my thumb on it, but it’s there.

Again, they’re only making 50 of these boards, so if it’s hitting you the same as me, don’t sleep! (And if you’re on their mailing list, they’re offering 50 more signed and numbered) The boards are hand-screened and I imagine they’ll go pretty fast. GTWYC! Zero or die.
