So, with prices like that, I’m sure you’re all wondering one thing: Are these glasses even good? As someone who picked out frames and had them delivered in just seven days, I’d say Zenni is extremely trustworthy. There were no issues with billing or shipping. Because these frames are so affordable, I was sort of expecting to them to arrive with a cheap plastic finish. You know, like those discount sunglasses you find online or at the drugstore. But I was pleasantly surprised that the plastic has a hard, ultra high-quality appearance, and the frames are super structured. They don’t just fly closed or open, you have to give them a good push, and they feel super secure once wearing them.

How long does Zenni usually take?


Typically, glasses deliver within seven to 10 business days, but you can select an express shipping option that will get them to your door even faster. I chose the regular shipping option and they arrived within seven days exactly.

Can Zenni be covered by insurance?


Zenni does not accept or work with insurance providers directly, but you can ask your insurance company if you can do a post-purchase invoice to get reimbursed for your frames. It will depend on what insurance company you have.

What’s the ordering process like?


The ordering process was so seamless. My favorite part about the ordering process was that I could include add-ons, like snap-on, magnetic lenses that make the glasses turn into sunglasses automatically. This was basically the coolest thing I’d ever seen. Those are literally magnetically snapped-on sunglasses to my tortoise shell glasses.

What I liked about Zenni


Anyone who wears glasses (especially younger individuals!) knows that your eye prescription can be in-flux and constantly changing. That’s why using a company like Zenni is a really practical option.
