Zendaya Put Her Best Belly Button Forward at the NYC Premiere of Dune: Part Two

Zendaya made her belly button the moment at the New York City premiere of Dune: Part Two. On Sunday the Euphoria star—who plays a desert alien warrior princess in the sci-fi blockbuster—graced the red carpet in yet another midriff-baring press tour serve: a cream-colored gown with a large skeletal cutout from Stéphane Rolland Couture.

Sandy locations reportedly inspired the collection from which Zendaya’s dress was pulled, which corresponds nicely with the movie’s setting on the dusty fictional planet of Arrakis. What makes this dress particularly interesting and futuristic, however, is the way it showcases her midline, grazing her clavicle, belly button, and hip bones instead of highlighting her curves. The dress also featured three-dimensional gold appliqués around the hem.

For added sparkle, Zendaya threw on several diamond Bulgari cocktail rings and a pair of gold Jimmy Choo heels. But it would be criminal not to mention her gold chrome manicure, dewy nude-peach glam, and teased mane of brunette curls as well.

Still, it may prove difficult for Zendaya and Roach to outdo themselves after the archival Mugler see-through armored spacesuit she wore to the London world premiere of Dune 2 earlier this month.
