Zendaya Just Shut Down Those TikTok Rumors Claiming She’s Pregnant With Tom Holland’s Baby

Zendaya is so talented, so successful, and so unproblematic that, well, she really doesn’t have to answer to anyone or anything…which kind of goes to show how out of hand a recent pregnancy rumor got. The star took to IG yesterday afternoon to do some major debunking after a number of viral TikToks claimed she is pregnant and expecting a baby with her boyfriend Tom Holland.

One prank video, for instance, includes two pics of Zendaya: one where she is walking hand in hand alongside Tom and another of her in a gold dress (faux baby bump and all). The words “wait since when was Zendaya pregnant” are written over both images. Then at the end of the TikTok, a “Krissed” meme featuring a video of Kris Jenner appears, revealing the joke.

Another TikTok that went even more viral features the words “there’s no way” over an image of a sonogram Photoshopped over a screenshot of an actual Instagram post Zendaya shared in January for Euphoria promo. The caption to *that* post reads, “I love you. Halfway there. ❤️” However, the TikTok user edited it to look like Zendaya tagged Tom at the end before a video of Kris Jenner (glitzy green ’fit and all) pops up as a sign that we’ve been, you guessed it, “Krissed.”

Clearly, the rumors got to Zendaya, because she uploaded a number of Instagram Stories that appear to address them.

“See now, this is why I stay off Twitter. Just making stuff up for no reason…weekly,” she told fans in one Story.

In the next one, the ever-professional Spider-Man star flipped the script and went back to business as usual, saying, “Anyway back to filming 🎾,” and mentioned Challengers—aka the mid-production film directed by Call Me by Your Name filmmaker Luca Guadagnino she’s currently working on.
