Zendaya and Jacob Elordi Spotted On Grocery Store Date in LA
Euphoria's Zendaya and Jacob Elordi won't say they're dating, but they have no qualms showing their affection. Shortly after photos came out of the two kissing in New York City, Zendaya and Elordi were seen together again in Los Angeles. Entertainment Tonight was told by an eyewitness that the two "appeared to be more than friends" while grocery shopping.
Zendaya was dressed casually in baggy sweats and an oversized t-shirt. She was also seen toting a box of Samoas Girl Scout cookies under her arm while shopping. Elordi was overheard telling Zendaya what they needed at home.
Earlier this month, a source told E! that yes, Elordi and Zendaya have been quietly dating since the summer. "Jacob and Zendaya have been seeing each other for months now," the source said. "They started as close friends but it became romantic after their show ended."
"They have been inseparable since last summer and have been making time for each other in between projects," the source continued. "Jacob has met Zendaya's family, and everyone adores him. They have a lot of fun together and have a lot in common."
Zendaya called Elordi her "best friend" at the end of January, when she was presenting an award to him at the American Australian Association Arts Awards. Elordi claimed Zendaya was like a sibling in an interview with GQ Australia that was published this December.
"She’s like my sister," he started. "Zendaya is an amazing creative, you know? She’s super dope to work with. She’s an incredible artist and a very caring person to all of us. But we’re all really close. There is not one weak link in that show. We’ve spent so much time together and everyone is just so cool to work with. Sam Levinson is just a genius and working with him, it was just like electricity all the time. I was in awe. Like a kid in a candy shop.”
