While Zendaya and Timothée Chalamet are two of Hollywood's brightest stars, they have also proven to be besties. While on the set of their new movie, Dune, the pair would partake in dance parties in each other's dressing rooms.

"He's become one of my closest friends and he is lovely and so talented," the 25-year-old Euphoria star gushed during an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. "I think my favorite part was we would have these like dance parties in my room where I would leave the door open, Timothée would come in with his little speaker, and then everybody would start coming in and we would just start dancing."

That's not all. In a recent exclusive interview with Entertainment Weekly featuring the entire Dune cast, Z explained more ways that she and the Wonka star bonded while filming. And, while she may not have been on location in the Middle East for long (because she was booked 👏 and 👏 busy 👏 filming Spider-Man: No Way Home with Tom Holland and co.), she still made the most of her time with the Dune crew.

"I didn't want to leave," Zendaya told the outlet. "[Director Denis Villeneuve] had such a warmth, and there was a familial quality to the way it felt when I got there. I felt very welcomed by the crew and cast, everybody was so lovely to me...I became very close with Timothée. We were like, 'Oh, this is great, we're gonna be besties, I can tell.'"

She's pretty much spoken with praise and kindness for Timothée since filming. In the October 2020 issue of Empire Magazine, Z opened up about how their friendship had blossomed.

"I met Timothée Chalamet at my chemistry-read [for Dune]," she revealed. "I felt like we'd known each other forever, like he was my homie growing up. We became really great friends." She then said that she gave him a call when she had seen the trailer for the first time. "I was like, 'Oh my gosh!' I called Timothée and said, 'Dude! You should be proud.' It is a big deal to even be a small part of something with such a massive cast."

I don't know about you, but I'm looking forward to more dance parties with these two in the future.
