Zendaya Celebrates the Launch of Her Latest Tommy Hilfiger Collection in Milan
Fashion week may have wrapped in Milan, but Zendaya is just getting the ‘70’s-themed party started! The actor made a special appearance at the Tommy Hilfiger flagship in Milan on October 3 to fête her latest TommyXZendaya collaborative collection across international waters.
Zendaya looked every inch the ‘70s icon in a metallic striped long-sleeved maxi dress with an exaggerated keyhole neckline paired with purple stiletto boots. In a look that channeled all the chill-glam vibes, she wore her hair in loose curls and kept her makeup dewy and light, with a golden-hued smokey eye that highlighted her bold brows. Speaking to WWD about her design inspirations, Zendaya namechecked her favorite icons of the era, saying “The Seventies glamour has always been a huge reference for me in general, whether it be Mick Jagger, Diana Ross, Donna Summer and a lot of iconic women of that time.”

(Seriously, when does she sleep?) Polka dots are a huge element in her collection, so naturally, the star kicked the glam factor up a notch in a black chiffon halter dress studded with contrasting metallic paillettes, a show-stopping runway look from her most recent collection. A pair of strappy silver sandals with a braided rope detail completed the ‘fit, and her hair was straightened and pulled back into a soft, romantic chignon.
