Zendaya Breaks Silence on Tom Holland Engagement Rumors

Zendaya is addressing whether or not she and Tom Holland are preparing to take their relationship to the next level.
The K.C. Undercover alum was spotted in a recent picture shared to Instagram Stories wearing a rather large ring on what fans thought was that special finger, prompting social media users to go wild with theories that she and her beau must be planning to wed.
However, the 27-year-old promptly spoke out about the rumor, taking to the platform to clear things up (as she always does), and speaking out on the possibilities of an engagement.
"I can't post anything, you guys," she expressed in a since-deleted video shared to Instagram Stories on Thursday, Sept. 21. "I posted it for my hat. Like, not for the ring on my right hand, you guys, seriously."
She continued, laughing the seemingly wild speculations off: "You think that's how I would drop the news? You think... like, what?!"
The Euphoria star then reposted the original photo in question, which featured a selfie taken in the reflection of a car. "Let me just put the full body back so y'all can relax lmao," text over the image read.

Since the Spider-Man costars began dating nearly three years ago, they've kept their relationship largely out of the public eye—though nowhere near "hidden," as they've been spotted out together being affectionate on occasion and have shared tributes to each other via social media.
"Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of, and we want to keep as sacred as possible," Holland told The Hollywood Reporter in an interview published June 14. "We don't think that we owe it to anyone, it's our thing, and it has nothing to do with our careers."
Even though things are seemingly going well between the pair, it doesn't look like there are any wedding bells ringing just yet!
