Zayn Malik Gets 2 New Neck Tattoos Post-Gigi Hadid Breakup
Zayn Malik's recent return to blonde hair seems to have coincided with his breakup with longtime girlfriend, model Gigi Hadid, but in addition to making a major post-breakup hair change, the "Dusk Till Dawn" singer has also taken to Instagram to share two new tattoos, which officially make...yeah, we've lost count, too.
The former One Direction member posted his new ink over the weekend, the first depicting a tattoo artist working on his clavicle — an area already quite covered in tattoos. The caption simply says "neck yat" (which may or may not be a typo for tat considering y is right next to t on the keyboard).
The second pic reveals a new tattoo of a rose, but it's not in the location the previously pictured tattoo artist was working on. This one takes up heavy real estate on the nape of Zayn's neck. (We can't help but notice that the stem would look like a rattail if he let his hair grow out to cover the bloom — just saying.)
In the past, Zayn has covered tattoos inspired by exes, such as the arm tattoo of former fiancée Perrie Edwards that's no longer visible. However, even though he got the mysterious eyes tattooed on his chest only in January, it seems he has thus far decided not to cover them. What can we say? Life imitates (body) art.
