Zayn Malik “Couldn’t Be More Thrilled” About Having a Baby With Gigi Hadid
In case you missed the news: Gigi Hadid is pregnant!
And Zayn Malik is reportedly “thrilled” about having a baby with Gigi.
Even though pretty much everyone was like, “Excuse me, what?” when rumors started swirling that Gigi Hadid was pregnant with her and Zayn Malik’s first child, earlier this week, Gigi confirmed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that the rumors were true, saying, “Obviously, we wish we could’ve announced it on our own terms, but we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well wishes and support.”
And while it was lovely to see Gigi talk about the pregnancy and be excited about starting a family, we still hadn’t heard much from Zayn about it. Which is why it’s great to hear that, according to an Us Weekly source, he “couldn’t be more thrilled.” Aww!
The source shares, “Zayn has always been so into Gigi and she’s always been such a big part of his life. Even when there were times that they weren’t a couple, the love was still very much there.” They also add that even when Gigi and Zayn were broken up, he would “talk openly with his friends about how he was still so in love [with her]” and how he “cared so much about her….He was very hopeful that they would get back together.” So sweet!
The source also shares that Gigi and Zayn are “solid” now, which, ya know, is good news considering they’ve created a tiny human who will connect them for the rest of their lives. Anyway, congrats again to Zigi!
