While yesterday's Buckingham Palace balcony appearance at Trooping the Colour was limited to those working members of the royal family, a slim group of just 18, today's National Service of Thanksgiving in honor of her 70 years on the reign included the larger royal family.

And two of the Queen's relatives had something of a matching moment at St Paul's Cathedral. The Queen's granddaughter Zara Tindall was seen wearing a vibrant pink dress, cinched at the waist with a belt, as was Sophie Winkleman, who is married to Freddie Windsor, the son of the Queen's cousin, Prince Michael of Kent.

Both women also sported floral headpieces—Sophie with a hatband and Zara a fascinator— and neutral pumps, and carried top-handle bags.

Perhaps they were paying homage to the woman of the weekend, Queen Elizabeth herself, who is known to wear bright colors.

In the documentary The Queen at 90, Sophie, Countess of Wessex explained her mother-in-law's penchant for neon rainbow shades. "She needs to stand out for people to be able to say 'I saw the Queen,'" she said.

"Don't forget that when she turns up somewhere, the crowds are two, three, four, ten, 15 deep, and someone wants to be able to say they saw a bit of the Queen's hat as she went past."

Zara and Sophie weren't the only royals to amp up the saturation in their outfits today. While Meghan and Kate both wore soft, creamy shades, Princess Eugenie arrived at St Paul's wearing a striking orange look!
