Yuzefi's Resort 2024 Collection Proves Opposites Attract

Yuzefi introduced the concept of ready-to-wear into its existing portfolio back in 2022 after its accessible and affordable range of bags garnered a cult-like following. Now, founder Naza Yousefi's heritage-inspired label is back to present its Resort 2024 collection, an evolution of the brand's commitment to high quality and craftsmanship.

Dissecting the balancing nature of yin and yang, the collection offers an exploration of new fabric and texture combinations, coupled with the play of construction and proportions. Described as "a collage of opposites," Resort '24 harks back to Yousefi's childhood love of craft and creativity.

Digging deeper into the materials, the collection is made up of delicate Japanese lace, complete with vintage satin trims cut in boyish shapes to complement this season's unisex offering. Elsewhere, delicate knitwear is mixed with chunky hand-crocheted pieces, offering a wide range of silhouettes from fitted and sexy to slouchy and masculine. In line with the juxtaposing ethos, the collection sees sophisticated or feminine shapes contrasted with raw edges and reversed seams.

Landing in a color palette of calming blues, earth-toned suedes and mushroom brown, Resort '24 sees the addition of crackled white and gold hues, paired with stud-laden leather and crystal-embellished suede. Finally, the collection is rounded out by its seasonal bag offering, which sees the expansion of its signature Mochi series into new silhouettes.
