Working out from the comfort of your home has its pros and cons. Sure, not being surrounded by sweaty folks in your local gym is certainly a plus, but if you’re the type to get bored quickly, or you just prefer the environment of a group fitness class, the idea of breaking a sweat in your living room might not exactly motivate you to get moving.

However, the past year has forced us all to relocate our workouts to our dens, basements, and backyards — and it’s not all that bad. No one has to see your decades-old promotional sweatshirt, or how sweaty you get in the middle of a set. Best yet, no one’s looking over your shoulder to see the pace you set your treadmill to — or how fast you’re pedaling your bike.

But hey, new year, new you, and if you’ve always dreamed of having your own stationary bike, but balk at the idea of spending thousands on a celebrity-endorsed one (we’re looking at you, Peloton and SoulCycle), read on. Amazon just slashed $50 off its No. 1 best-selling exercise bike. It’s on sale for $350 — a fraction of the price of some luxury models. It’s crazy popular, too: The beauty has over 4,900 five-star reviews.

Don’t let the comparatively low price fool you. The Yosuda bike has a durable steel frame, plus it’s belt-driven, so unlike models that use a chain, it’s whisper-quiet. It has a large range of resistance options, and a padded seat for comfort. The LCD monitor on the bike tracks time, speed, calories and more, but you can also hook up your iPad to the included mount to ride along with your favorite instructor, or watch a TV show or movie as you break a sweat. Tough cage pedals keep your feet sturdy, and the bike even has transportation wheels up front, so you can move it from room to room.

“Very sturdy yet very easy to move around,” one shopper shared. “You can adjust the resistance easily. I like that it records the distance, time, and calories I burn every day. Good for a starter like me.”

Many shoppers also commented on how easy the bike is to assemble — there’s even a video tutorial.

One reviewer noted: “Assembly was super easy! Took no longer than 30 to 45 minutes, and all the tools are provided. I put it together myself. I would recommend this bike to anyone. Don’t waste your money on a Peloton; this bike is an excellent alternative and won’t break the bank!”

Plus, multiple shoppers note how easy it is to exercise now — no excuses!

“If you are looking for a distraction-free workout and a space-saving bike, the YOSUDA indoor stationary bike is the right choice for you,” one reviewer noted. “Consistent rotation, and sensitive knot resistance will help you to get a quality ride every time.”
