Yikes, Brad Pitt’s Relationship With His Son Maddox “Continues to Be Nonexistent”
Brad Pitt’s relationship with his son Maddox is reportedly nonexistent, and he no longer speaks to Pax.
Brad and Angelina Jolie are currently living near each other so they can better co-parent their kids.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are getting along and co-parenting better than ever in the wake of their super-contentious split, but apparently, Brad’s relationship with his eldest son, Maddox, isn’t great. In fact, according to an Us Weekly source, it’s “nonexistent.”
“That relationship continues to be nonexistent,” a source told the magazine, explaining that Brad doesn’t see Maddox and also no longer speaks to his 16-year-old son, Pax.
This echoes what sources told Us Weekly back in October 2019, saying that Maddox “hasn’t been receptive” to reconnecting with Brad following an alleged incident on a private jet back in 2016. At the time, the source said that “with Maddox overseas [for college], Brad is also hopeful that Pax will also be interested in reconnecting without the influence of his older brother.”
Clearly, this hasn’t been the case, but Brad does have a close relationship with his other children—and he and Angelina even live close to one another to facilitate co-parenting. An Entertainment Weekly source recently said the couple is “finally in a place where they both want to work together to raise their kids” and “they chose to live close to one another so they could easily go back and forth with the kids.”
