Yes, This Trampoline Workout Is As Fun As It Looks

They're cute. They're compact. But most of all, jumping on a trampoline is a low-impact way to make high-intensity cardio feel like child's play.

Not only that, but circuit training you're doing during a trampoline workout will burn serious calories, boost your energy, and help you build endurance while sculpting you legs, butt, and core. Not bad, right?

I created the trampoline workout below to be done at home using 11 trampoline exercises I frequently teach in my mini trampoline classes at The Ness in New York City. It's designed for all fitness levels, and for best results, I suggest you try bouncing for 25–30 minutes three times per week. My number-one tip for getting the most out of a mini trampoline workout is to always press into your heels. It will help you stabilize and stay grounded on your trampoline while allowing you to activate your glutes and the backs of your legs.

Time: 25–30 minutes

Equipment: mini trampoline

Good for: total body toning

Instructions: Perform each move for two minutes, then go straight on to the next. Try to minimize breaks in between exercises to keep your heart rate up.

Burn calories and feel like a kid at the same time.
