Will CVS be Open on Thanksgiving?

Probably! But nothing has officially been announced by CVS's headquarters. One way you can find out closer to the date is by calling up your local CVS and asking them directly what their holiday hours look like this year.

In 2019, most CVS stores were open 24 hours on Thanksgiving Day, but the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic did impact some store openings in 2020 and varied state by state. Specifically, CVS was listed as being open from the hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving last year. As always, customers are advised to double-check by looking at the company’s website or calling ahead to verify the store hours of the federal holiday, which falls on Thursday, November 25. This is especially important if you need to consult with a pharmacist or pick up a prescription at the pharmacy within CVS, which may have different operating hours.
