Yes, Even Kim Kardashian West Borrows Clothes From Her Sisters
It seems that even within the Kardashian-Jenner clan there exists the age-old tradition of trading clothes (or rather, raiding the closets of) fellow family members. This morning, Kim Kardashian West posted an image of herself from an old fitting, posing barefoot in a slinky body-skimming white dress with two spaghetti straps that were so thin, they appeared ready to snap. She captioned the image with: “Old fitting pics. I borrowed this dress from Kylie, sorry Ky. I will return it soon lol.” It’s the sisterhood of the traveling, super-luxe dress.
This isn’t the first time that the sisters have worn something borrowed from one another—in fact, the family has created a whole internal ecosystem of trading clothes. Back in late January, we saw that Kourtney Kardashian wore a Jean Paul Gaultier “Venus de Milo” semi-sheer T-shirt, four months after Kendall Jenner had first been spotted in the piece. A few summers ago, meanwhile, Kylie went as far as to borrow her mother Kris Jenner’s pink French-cut bathing suit that she had first worn over 25 years ago. See, stars are just like us—now, all we have to do is hope that Kylie will revive some of Kim’s noughties-era Juicy Couture sweats. Watch this space.
