Yelp Is Giving Away Free Decks to Dads This Father’s Day
Father's Day is around the corner and Yelp is celebrating by offering to help 10 deserving dads get their dream decks fixed for the summer. The site has seen an overall increase of 373% in searches for outdoor decks this year. This—along with a compelling report by Kenton Global showing that close to 22% of Americans who want to build or revamp their deck haven’t started as they fear it won’t be finished—is what prompted Yelp to step in and help.
In order to enter Yelp's Decks For Dad’s giveaway, you must go through the site's Request-A-Quote feature to find a qualified professional to finish your deck and then submit that quote over to decksfordads.yelp.com. The contest will run from now until June 17th and up to $2,000 will be awarded towards construction and repairs costs for the decks of each of the 10 lucky winners. To make things easier, Yelp has also compiled a list of the top 10 deck builders from around the U.S.
