Luke Grimes is following in his fictional father's footsteps!

The Yellowstone actor who plays Kayce Dutton—AKA the son of Kevin Costner's John Dutton—is set to star in a new romance movie. At 33, Luke is just a few years older than Kevin was when he appeared in his breakout rom-com Bull Durham. (This is probably also around the time Ree Drummond developed a big ol' celebrity crush on Kevin!)

The upcoming film, titled Happiness for Beginners, is based on Katherine Center's novel by the same name. It tells the story of Helen, a recently divorced woman who's struggling with her new reality and reluctantly agrees to sign up for a wilderness survival course.

And so begins the adventure of Helen's lifetime: three weeks in the mountains of Wyoming spent battling swarms of mosquitos, one annoying male companion, and her own inner demons. In the end, Helen figures out how to survive plenty more than just a surprise snowstorm or an insect bite. (No spoilers, but remember—this is a romance!)

Happiness for Beginners will premiere on Netflix under the direction of Vicky Wight, who also spearheaded Netflix's The Lost Husband. The rest of the cast includes Ellie Kemper, who's set to play Helen, as well as Nico Santos and Blythe Danner. The roles of Luke, Nico, and Blythe have not yet been announced—but we're hoping Luke plays Helen's love interest. 😍
