This story contains a spoilers from season 4 of Yellowstone.

Alright, Yellowstone fans. It may be a few months before season 5 premieres November 13 on Paramount Network. But that doesn't mean fans can't get a spoiler or two before then! Thanks to Kelly Reilly, the actress portraying Beth Dutton on the hit drama, viewers are now getting some important clues about the new season.

In a new interview with TV Line, the actress dropped a few hints on her character's trajectory for season 5. Specifically, she talked about how Beth will likely behave after learning that her father John (Kevin Costner) slept with environmentalist Summer Higgins (Piper Perabo) in the latter half of the previous season. And from the way Kelly is describing her, Beth's definitely got an ace up her chaotic sleeve.

"Beth wants her father to be happy,” she told the outlet. “She just has no respect for this particular woman. She sees Summer as an enemy, someone who has absolutely no respect for their way of life. [She and her fellow protesters] just come in with this very basic understanding, thinking that [ranchers] all just rednecks."

Okay — this is pretty major. Considering the two of them were literally at each other's throats throughout last season, it's no wonder Beth wouldn't just let Summer slide her way into the Dutton family. But from the way Kelly is describing Beth's approach to getting John's lover out of the picture, no one should want to mess with her anytime soon.

"Beth isn’t going to walk her through it," she continued. “She’s just going to quietly destroy her. And it’s so easy for Beth to do that. We know it’s so easy for her to do that! That capacity for violence and cruelty that Beth has in her is quite terrifying, actually.”

If this doesn't get us excited about season 5, then we don't know what else will. But as fans know, this is just one element of what fans could expect come November 13. With Josh Lucas confirming a return and Neal McDonough potentially coming back to shake up the Duttons' lives once more, there's only one thing to say: Yellowstone fans are in for a bumpy ride.
