If you made it through the first season of Yellowjackets, congrats! ’Cause let me tell ya, there were a couple of times when I almost had to tap out because it was getting way too uncomfy. Sometimes* you put on a show about a plane filled with a high school girls’ soccer team that crashes in a forest thinking you’ll get an adventure-y survival drama, but instead it turns out to be an edge-of-your-seat-suspenseful, decently gory, and surprisingly supernatural saga. (*And by “sometimes,” we mean only with Yellowjackets.)
In season 1, we had to deal with so many deaths (RIP, Laura Lee!!), some possible (and kinda likely?) cannibalism, and whatever in the actual eff was going on with Taissa and that creepy altar with her dead dog’s head on it. But if you’ve emotionally recovered and you’re ready to dive back in, season 2 begins today—and there are SO many questions I want answered. Like, did they actually resort to cannibalism? What’s up with Jackie’s frozen ear? What happened to Javi, and who is the antler queen? (My money’s on Lottie.) Speaking of, WTF is going on with Lottie’s creepy cult? But most importantly, who is the pit girl?!

How can I watch Yellowjackets?
Yellowjackets is a Showtime production, so you can stream it on the Showtime app. You can also watch it on Paramount+, Roku, Hulu, or Amazon Prime, but you’ll need to have the Showtime add-on for each of these streaming services.
You can also catch Yellowjackets on the Showtime cable channel, but it’ll be airing two days after it gets released on the app, so that may not be the best option for the spoiler averse.
When will Yellowjackets air, and when is it coming back?
Season 2 has already premiered on streaming services (including Paramount+, Hulu, Prime, and the Showtime app) as of Friday, March 24. The cable premiere is tonight, Sunday, March 26, at 9 p.m. ET. New episodes (of which there will be eight total for season 2) will drop each Friday on streaming services and the following Sunday on cable. Happy watching!
