On the eighth season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, in addition to the winner taking home a gag-worthy grand prize of $200,000 and a coveted spot in the "Drag Race Hall of Fame," queens will also be vying for a second prize of $60,000. The $60K payout will be awarded by the fans along with the title "Queen of the Fame Games."

What are the Fame Games on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars?
In this new twist, the eliminated queens will be competing amongst themselves for a second prize of $60,000. Each week they'll get a chance to show their runways, ask fans to vote for them, and perhaps more during Untucked. Then fans will vote and the winner will be awarded the prize. Basically, it's a chance for our favorite queens to still appear each week even as they're eliminated.
Where do I watch the Fame Games on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars?
The Fame Games portion of the show will air each week on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars Untucked which like the regular franchise will be available on Paramount+. There was also a special Fame Games Variety Extravaganza episode that aired on July 14, 2023 before voting opened and allowed the eliminated queens to showcase their talents.
How to vote in the Fame Games for RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars?
Fans can vote for their favorite of the nine competing queens online here. Each user may cast a total of ten votes. Voting began on Friday, July 14 and will continue until midnight PT on Sunday, July 16. So vote now because you don't have much time.

All of the eliminated queens from All Stars 8 will compete, with the exception of Heidi N Closet. As the final two, Jimbo and Kandy Muse are also not eligible. The competing queens are:

What is the Fame Games Variety Extravaganza?
On the July 14 episode of All Stars 8, the eliminated queens competed in a talent show. The winners of the Fame Games Variety Extravaganza were Lala Ri and Jaymes Mansfield, who tied in their lip sync. Each earned point multipliers that would impact their fan votes. Lala Ri will earn triple the votes she receives and Jaymes Mansfield will earn double hers.
Will Heidi N Closet compete in the Fame Games?
No she will not. When Heidi chose to leave the competition in Episode 5, she also announced that she wouldn't be competing in the Fame Games as well. If you want to see the looks, she was planning on using for the rest of the season's runways, you'll have to hope she posts them on her Instagram.
